For 20 years Dr. Robert Bartos served as Shippensburg University’s Dean of the College of Education and Human Services. Dr. Bartos was instrumental in establishing the Child and Family Center, which provides a nurturing environment for young children and learning opportunities for Education majors.
Through her philanthropic and volunteer endeavors, Mrs. Barbara Bartos has had a significant impact on the local community through her service on the Carlisle Area School Board and the Board of the Fashion Archives and Museum at Shippensburg University.
